Hate Radio - Are They Really Sociopaths?

You hear them on the radio and cable news every day, screaming at the top of their lungs about what happened today and how it will destroy America as we know it. As I listen to this ranting and raving, it reminded me of couple I once knew. She was very sweet and understanding, and her husband was a controlling sociopath. And as I recalled the personality traits of the husband, it occurred to me that the one-way conversations of the hate radio and cable news shows are no different from how he verbally bludgeoned his poor wife.
Sociopaths are extremely intelligent, but not wise, and can manipulate people who tend to follow others like sheep. Sociopaths expose their tendencies by their controlling rhetoric that convinces the sheep that they are right and everyone else is stupid, when the exact opposite is true.
Although they come off as charming and charismatic, they are extremely calculating and manipulative, embracing those who fall for their rhetoric and damning all who disagree or dare to challenge their lies.
Their ingenuousness hides menacing agendas which they disguise as protectors of freedom, when in actuality they are protecting their huge incomes, and the wealth of the Rich White People in society, which they are a part of. The amazing thing is that because of their cleverness, even many of the poor and middle class are looking up to these dishonest connivers as heroes, when in fact they are nothing but emperors with no clothes.
Their agendas are very predictable, and they are easily identified by their one-way rhetoric, similar to some religious fanatics that still preach and insist that theirs is the right way, the only way, or you can take the highway!
No open minded discussions, no willingness to learn. That would be too condescending for fat, over-bloated egos whose only dissension is their microphones. They never learn from their mistakes, because in their sociopathic minds, a mistake is not possible. They are God.
They are extremely controlling. The sheep that follow them are not allowed to differ from their views. If any of the sheep tried to express his or her own opinion, he or she is reprimanded to an extreme degree, belittled, or ostracized from the group. The psychopath will not be challenged.
Sociopaths demand allegiance to their warped ideals, and use their power and manipulation to keep their dazed flock under control. These followers can only repeat bumper stickers, and cannot think outside the boundaries of their sociopathic dominator.
Instead of an open invitation to see if their presence in your life has made you a better person and less stressed, they insist your life and everyone else's life is all wrong because they do not follow the psychopaths instructions and advice. This is how they control their sheep.
Sociopaths have no remorse, no conscience, no regard for anyone but themselves and what they want. You are nothing to them except ratings, which they would do anything for, including lying, fabricating, and tearing down anyone who might disagree with them.
The manipulation includes making you feel very angry and part of a special, angry, self righteous crowd that "understands" while the rest of the world is in a stupor. It's quite the opposite, actually, as history shows, even recent history. The sociopaths are nothing but lightweights with a lightweight following, and as the recent election shows, has no depth whatsoever. The vast majority of Americans know a snake oil salesman when he or she sees or hears one.
Although sociopaths appear to cultivate personal relationships with their audience, these relationships are dead-ends, lasting only as long as the psychopath keeps making money. If you examine these sociopaths, they are very delusional, hanging onto their rhetoric even in the face of conflicting and proven information.
This is a sure sign of a serious psychological problem.
Sociopaths have no wisdom, only a one-way intelligence to manipulate others with inflammatory rhetoric, which unbelievably, the sheep buy wholesale because they, similar to what their sociopathic leaders portray, have become full of hatred inside and do anything to unleash that hatred on others, regardless of the excuse.
But there is one problem; the hatred is just faked by the controlling sociopath in order to get ratings and remain rich, while the poor, unintelligent sheep don't know what's up and become really angry.
And anger, a result of failed control, always leads to guilt, and guilt always leads to serious depression. Show me an angry person and I will show you a depressed person - every time. And even though they may not be aware of their depression, they will be aware that they are constantly in a bad mood, never happy and never smiling anymore.
Sociopathic leaders, on the other hand, will exhibit no stress which is a self-hypnosis in which they believe what they profess in a God like ego delusion. And nobody can convince them otherwise.
If you are a sheep, and you know who you are, get away from this stuff as fast as you can. You are in danger psychologically. Sociopaths must win, there is no losing; they are very controlling, and when things don't go their way, they can become quite violent against whatever challenges them. We win 50% of the time, and we lose 50% of the time. That means that we lose control 50 % of the time, which means if we can't accept defeat, or losing control, we will become horribly angry, and then horribly depressed. We do it to ourselves.
There are people in the world that have good hearts and represent the exact opposite of what sociopaths try to sell. They are happy and well adjusted, and not depressed. If you think that they are wrong by being happy and adjusted, that it is some kind of a government plot, then I argue that you are on the cusp of insanity! In danger of really becoming unbalanced, maybe even physically violent which leads to imprisonment or worse.
Take a good look at yourself before you become a fill fledged psychopath. Are you really happy? Or are you only interested in your self aggrandizement and cant wait for the next hate filled segment on the media. What is this doing to you? Your family? What is this doing to your party?

Excellent article Rock!
I recently had met a woman, who tried too aggressively to get into my life, and I had to break away from her. I told her many times I just wished to be friends, but she wanted a relationship. She kept on buying me things, sending letters to my house, e-mailing and calling me every day, she was texting and calling my daughters, and the final straw was when she accused one of my female friends of trying to "steal" me away from her.
I had to remind her that I was NOT her boyfriend and that she did not own me. Also, I made her apologize to my friend.
Since that time (I DJ karaoke) she has been loud, rude, obnoxious, forever angry, and sarcastic. In other words, she couldn't and didn't get what she wanted, and now it's everyone else's fault. Now we all have to pay for her psychopathic ways.
I'm glad she doesn't have access to a radio station!Wow,great testimonial to psychopathic abuse. You did good, Kenny. She needs help, otherwise I'll bet she has a run in with the law soon. All it takes is some innocent police officer giving her a ticket and her getting abusive with him or her. It will happen. Or worse, if she gets hooked up with another sociopath, physical violence could easily result.

That's what I have to do with my Vista system. I just tried it and it worked.When you say, "Open up a new document" how do I do that? Is there a button somewhere to click on for that?Hit the "start" button, usually a circle somewhere on footer or header of your page. This brings up all of your programs. Then go to "Microsoft Works Word Processor" and hit that. That should bring up a new document. As usual your wisdom and insight is illuminating! The problem is no matter how much light that is shined there are those that can not see. And they are the one's that are so easily manipulated by those that prosper from their handicaps.
No matter how many pair of glasses you sell to a blind man, he will still need a seeing eye dog to get around. Which they just happen to have to sell to you as well.
Unfortunately the truth will sell only so many widgets. Those that have the skills to manipulate the truth to make you believe that you have something else that you do not really get from that widget will sell many times more widgets, and therefore be more profitable, and therefore have more influence.
There is a reason snake oil salesmen become snake oil salesmen.
In times of economic depravation which our recent government, i.e. big business so craftily constructed, people have a tendency to follow those that are profitable and influential, thinking that they can lead them to that conclusion as well.
The problem is those people tend to be the snake oil salesmen, and they are not always the one's that have other people's best interests at heart.
This is why until we devise a way to make everybody's plate plentiful to the point of at least covering the basic human needs, which our current system will fight tooth and nail because it is what enriches them beyond human belief, the truth, and compassion for all men will not be met.
However the hearts and minds of those inflicted by this fear which leads them to follow these demons, my choice of euphemisms, can only be changed one soul at a time, and this is why I believe that good intentioned people such as yourself sir are so important in times like these for the human conscience.

Unfortunately, the power brokers have only influence, not numbers, and that is why they pull out all the stops to influence people who might just get it if the opposition wasn't so quiet and peaceful.
But that's how it is, however, historically people do get it - suddenly usually with some crisis or another that forces their eyes open. Then, the power brokers at best lose their power. At worst, they lose everything. No wonder they are so paranoid and strident!

*** This is so true. Again, the woman I referred to earlier Rock, has a tendency to "manipulate". Last night she purposely got a ride from a friend of ours because she knew I had invited him back to my house after the karaoke show earlier in the week. He couldn't go back to my house because she wanted to go home, and he was her ride. I will usually invite a few friends back at my house Saturday nights. She had been one of them numerous times. She is jealous of the camaraderie I have with this guy and some of my other friends. She wants to have that same closeness with me, but she has no idea how to go about it. *** Now that she knows she can't have me, she has been insulting me and my friends. When she thought she had a chance at a relationship with me I could do no wrong. Suddenly it's the other way around. SHE says untrue things about my friends, and tells ME that I am "blind!" She believes she's the only one who sees things clearly.

You know Kenny, in a way, she is a very good teacher for you, if I may say so. Most everyone has tattooed on their forehead, "What's in this for me." Treasure the ones you run across that say, "What's in this for us?
Your article is frightening Raymond,because I think there are more psychopaths among us than we realize, we just don't see them for who they are. They manipulate, as you say, and destroy and discourage well-meaning people who let it happen, because they want to beleive the best of people, and voluntarily soak up whatever the psychopath is feeding them.Thank you for commenting! Practice learning to identify sociopaths, then you will be better prepared to distance yourself from them as soon as possible.
